Licensed Professional Engineer with 20+ years experience in residential design and structural engineering. Ryan has worked with some of the top builders in the industry. DR Horton, Lennar, and Ryan Homes to name a few. He also worked at the local municipalities engineering department for 8 years. Proficient in all aspects of residential design using rational analysis and following the updated Florida Building Code. Providing insight on how to work with local permitting authorities, as well as South Florida agencies such as Miami-Dade. Ryan has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Michelle van der Meulen, E.I. has been working in the residential single and multi-family engineering design field since 2014. Michelle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus in 2016. She also obtained her E.I. certification in 2016. Michelle has designed and managed project coordination in multiple wind speeds across the state of Florida including projects in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone.

Nicholas graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018 and received his E.I. certification in 2019. Between 2018-2020 Nicholas worked as a third party inspector on multiple threshold project all throughout Florida.
