Roberto Cintron P.E.

Senior Project Engineer

Roberto holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University’s College of Engineering and a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He brings more than seven years of experience managing structural engineering projects across the commercial, institutional, and residential sectors.

His expertise includes project management, structural coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentorship of developing engineers. Roberto has successfully guided projects from initial proposal through design and construction, maintaining a strong focus on code compliance, cost-effective solutions, and timely project delivery.

​

At FHE, Roberto combines his technical engineering background with strong project leadership and coordination skills to support efficient project execution and deliver practical, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Carlos Blanco

Drafting Director

Carlos brings over a decade of experience in architectural and structural design, with extensive expertise in residential single-family and multi-family projects. As a Project Manager, he has successfully facilitated projects for some of the top homebuilders in the industry, developing a strong understanding of production-building standards, client expectations, and efficient project delivery.

His technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality have been instrumental in the continued growth and success of FHE’s drafting team. Carlos plays a key role in developing our team, streamlining production, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, accurate, and timely deliverables.

Caroline Bodin

Project Engineer

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Architecture from Jönköping Technical University in Sweden. With more than 15 years of experience, she has built an extensive background working with some of Sweden’s leading architectural firms across a diverse range of projects.

Her experience spans commercial spaces, office buildings, educational facilities, tenant improvements, and residential development. Throughout her career, Caroline has been involved in all phases of the design and construction process, from initial planning and design development through construction documentation and project delivery.

​

In recent years, Caroline has focused extensively on residential planning and design, serving in a managing engineering role and applying her technical expertise, architectural background, and project coordination experience to complex residential projects.

At FHE, Caroline’s combination of engineering knowledge, architectural design experience, and project leadership contributes to the development of thoughtful, practical, and high-quality solutions for our clients.

Samuel Lee, CGC

Certified General Contractor

Project Manager

​Samuel is proud graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. He is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, with over a decade of expirence.Currently, he serves as a project engineer and project manager as he completes the experience requirements to become a licensed professional engineer.

What sets Samuel apart is the unique combination of technical design expertise and real-world construction insight. His background allows him to approach each project with a practical mindset while balancing creativity, safety, and constructability. He understands the importance of clear communication with clients, contractors, architects, and other engineers, especially when navigating complex inspections, structural repairs, and on-site investigations.

At the heart of his work is a genuine commitment to helping clients bring their vision to life. Whether it's a new design, a challenging repair, or a structural evaluation, he's here to guide and support you—one thoughtful solution at a time.”

Bill Verling

Project Manager

Originally from Pennsauken, New Jersey,Bill is  dedicated to his work and committed to making a positive impact in his field. As a visionary architectural manager with  30+ Years of Design & Construction Expertise,  Bill brings over   decades of enthusiastic experience in architectural design and construction planning. His track record speaks for itself, showcasing his ability to lead diverse teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Bill is proficient in AutoCAD and excels in comprehensive project management, specializing in residential design, construction documentation, permit coordination, and value engineering.

Bill is passionate about fostering innovation and team growth, leading with strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to achieve successful project outcomes.

He is  also proud to support The Jordan Smelski Foundation for Amoeba Awareness.

Angela Rammuno

Senior CAD Specialist

Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, Angela brings extensive experience in architectural residential design, construction management, and engineering support. She began her career in Colombia working in residential architecture and construction before relocating to the United States, where she continued her education with coursework in computer-aided design and earned a technical college degree.

Since 2004, Angela has worked in the U.S. engineering industry on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Her professional experience includes owning and operating a consulting company and providing specialized design and documentation services for major infrastructure projects.

​

In 2011, Angela provided consulting services for the Miami-Dade Transit Authority, developing AutoCAD and MicroStation as-built documentation for the construction of the Orange Line Phase 1 – MIC-Earlington Heights Connector Metrorail Extension Project.

Will Mena

Senior CAD Specialist

Will brings 11 years of architectural and structural design experience, with expertise spanning custom estate homes, multifamily developments, and single-family residential projects. His extensive residential design background provides a strong understanding of both architectural requirements and structural coordination.

​

Will is AutoCAD certified and holds a degree in Architectural and Building Technology from Daytona State College. His combination of technical design expertise, project management experience, and knowledge of residential construction makes him a valuable member of the FHE team.

​

Will is also a United States Marine Corps veteran, bringing the discipline, leadership, accountability, and commitment to excellence developed through his military service to his professional career. We thank him for his service.

Cindy Baggelaar-Reyes

Production Manager

Originally from Mount Dora, Florida, Cindy serves as the Production Manager at a FHE, where she leads the coordination and execution of residential projects. Her role involves managing drafting teams, ensuring design accuracy, optimizing workflows, and maintaining strict quality and timeline standards across all phases of production.

With experience in AutoCAD and Revit, Cindy specializes in streamlining operations to enhance team efficiency and project delivery. She  holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree from AdventHealth University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management. Her educational background, paired with hands-on industry experience, allows her to effectively bridge technical execution with operational oversight to support high-performing teams and successful project outcomes.

Natalie Montague

Accounting Manager

Natalie brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management and business administration to FHE. As the company's Accounting Manager and Senior Deltek Administrator, she oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, Deltek system administration, and the development and improvement of internal business processes.

Prior to joining the engineering industry, Natalie built an extensive career in the medical field, advancing into regional management and leading teams and operations across multiple locations throughout Florida. This experience provided a strong foundation in organizational leadership, operational efficiency, financial oversight, and process management.

Natalie also has an educational background in interior design and architecture, having pursued studies in Interior Design with a focus on architectural design. This foundation gives her a unique understanding of the design and construction environment and complements her current role within the engineering industry.

Kaitlyn Vees

HR Compliance | Administrative Assistant

Kaitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and brings a strong background in account management, administrative operations, and client service to FHE. Her experience in client-focused environments has developed strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills that support both internal operations and client needs.

In her role at FHE, Kaitlyn supports HR compliance and administrative operations, helping maintain efficient internal processes while providing dependable support to the firm’s team and clients. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities contribute to the organization and day-to-day efficiency of the firm.

As she continues to expand her knowledge of the engineering industry, Kaitlyn plays an important role in supporting FHE’s operations and commitment to responsive, professional client service.

Jenny Roesch

Marketing Director

With her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University, Jenny brings an extra flair to the office with her unique abilities to get information out and engage with clients and the community.  While she is at the FHE home base most days keeping us up to date on the latest marketing trends, she is also a photographer and  runs two businesses in New Smyrna Beach Florida, which she has owned since 2014.  When she isn't creating content and meeting with potential clients, you can find her with her three sons and changing the world through her PTA, coaching and other children-centered volunteer organizations.

Elaine Vellenoweth

Marketing

Elaine Vellenoweth is a technology and business professional with a diverse background spanning engineering, real estate consulting, and marketing strategy. She earned her degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where she built a strong technical foundation that led to opportunities working with globally recognized organizations including NASA and Siemens.

In addition to her technology background, Elaine brings over a decade of real estate consulting experience in Central Florida. She has collaborated with some of the region's top builders on various projects, providing insights that help support successful development and planning initiatives. Elaine also has extensive marketing experience, assisting numerous startup companies in developing strategic marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and accelerate growth.

Outside of her professional work, Elaine enjoys traveling, personal fitness and spending quality time with her rescue dog, Onyx. 

Kendra Hurrell

CAD Drafter

Kendra has a Bachelor of Science from Lake Erie College and brings a uniquely diverse professional background to FHE. With experience in veterinary medicine, construction, hospitality, media production, and residential restoration. She began her career in the equine industry at Churchill Downs before spending 15 years in veterinary medicine, where she gained extensive experience as a surgical, large-animal, and stem cell technician.

Over the past decade, Kendra has expanded her expertise into the construction and hospitality industries, as well as professional video production and editing. Her experience also includes residential demolition and reconstruction associated with post-hurricane recovery efforts.

​

Kendra now brings her broad technical experience, adaptability, and attention to detail to FHE's drafting team, where she contributes to the development of accurate and high-quality project deliverables.

Hannah Whittaker

CAD Drafter

Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University. She began her professional career as an English Language Arts teacher, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills while coordinating curriculum and meeting educational benchmarks.

Building on a longstanding interest in interior design, renovation, and structural design, Hannah transitioned her career into CAD drafting and structural design. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to quickly learn new concepts have allowed her to successfully apply her skills within the engineering and design environment.

As a member of FHE’s drafting team, Hannah continues to expand her technical knowledge while contributing to the accuracy and quality of our project deliverables. Her adaptability, strong work ethic, and commitment to continued growth make her a valued member of the FHE team.
